Dompé U.S. agreed to pay $32 million to resolve allegations that, between 2018 and 2021, it funded two patient assistance foundations that paid Medicare beneficiaries’ Oxervate co-pays, allegedly inducing purchases in violation of the Anti-Kickback Statute and False Claims Act.
