Former GSA contracting representative pleads guilty to bribery conspiracy

Lennie Lamont Miller, a former General Services Administration contracting officer’s representative, pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiracy to bribe a federal official. According to court filings, he solicited and received more than $100,000 in cash and other valuables, including a sports car, while directing GSA subcontracting work to companies owned by co-conspirators.

Miller has not been sentenced and faces up to five years’ imprisonment on each count. Christopher Brackins and James Tillman previously pleaded guilty to related offences; their sentencing dates are scheduled for 2026. The DOJ’s account describes allegations underlying the pleas, not additional convictions beyond those stated.
