Hong Kong ICAC arrests seven over alleged concealment of contractor’s dual role in building-maintenance tender

Hong Kong’s ICAC said it arrested seven people, including an Incorporated Owners chairman, a contractor’s proprietor and directors of a consultancy firm, following a complaint about a tender for a Mong Kok building-maintenance project.
