Hong Kong court orders HK$6m confiscation from former AAHK manager in 3RS bribery case

Former Airport Authority Hong Kong Principal Manager Ricky Lee Wing-fai pleaded guilty to two counts of conspiring for a public servant to accept advantages and six money-laundering counts concerning 3RS Project sub-contracts. He was sentenced to four years’ imprisonment on 24 March 2026.

On 7 May 2026, the District Court ordered confiscation of about HK$6 million, including approximately HK$3.3 million in bribes and other proceeds identified by the prosecution. The case involved public-sector procurement and proceeds-of-crime controls.
