Hong Kong ICAC Charges Former Secretarial Company Executive Over Alleged Client Diversion Bribes

Hong Kong’s ICAC charged So Shuk-yi Betty, a former vice president of SWCS Corporate Services Group, with six counts of allegedly accepting bribes exceeding HK$67,000 and two fraud counts. The ICAC alleges she secretly referred three SWCS clients and contracts worth HK$400,000 to a rival between March 2021 and December 2023.
