Hong Kong’s ICAC charged Nelson Lee Yiu-wing, an assistant general manager of Shenzhen CNT Global Freight and CNT Global Freight, and Jason Wan Kim-wah, director and shareholder of U.L.D. Group, with conspiracy for agents to accept advantages.
