Summary
TIGO Guatemala entered a two-year DPA and paid more than US$118 million over a long-running scheme to bribe Guatemalan government officials. The DOJ said the conduct included monthly cash payments to legislators or their security teams in exchange for support for legislation benefiting the company. The department attributed at least approximately US$58 million in profits to the scheme.
